📋 Campaign Guidelines & Important Deadlines
Weekly Challenge Cutoff
Weekly sprint challenges (online) cut off at 4:00 PM each week on Friday.
Check Donations
Check donations must be submitted to the school office by Friday at 2:00 PM to count towards the current week’s tally.
Corporate Matching (100% Counted!)
Corporate employer matches (Apple, Google, Cisco, Intel, Adobe, etc.) are included in student and class totals!
1. Submit your match to JFS PTA.
2. Email your match contribution receipt to Mugdha at muggikale@gmail.com.
Emails must be received by 9:00 AM on Friday to count in that week's total. Final deadline for all corporate matches is Friday, Nov 13th at 9:00 AM.
Prize Distribution Timeline
Small individual weekly prizes (tchotchkes) will be distributed weekly in classrooms. Grand prizes (weekly and overall) will be awarded at the end of the jag-a-thon. All class- and grade-wide experiences will be scheduled with teachers and administrators after the jag-a-thon concludes (we appreciate your patience as parent volunteers catch their breaths!).

🏃 How You Can Help On Event Day (Nov 13)
Lap Counters & Track Marshals
Mark student bibs/wristbands as they complete laps around the track and cheer them on as they sprint!
Spirit Cheer Squad
Pump up the energy at the cheer tunnel with noisemakers, high-fives, and jaguar chants for each grade running!
Hydration & Snack Station
Hand out fresh fruit slices, cold water cups, and post-run refreshments to keep our runners fueled and happy!
Setup & Teardown Crew
Help lay out cones, set up sound systems and shade canopies in the morning, or pack up equipment after the race.
